This hotel is a great value for friends visiting the town for a few days. The rooms are spacious, especially the living area and Master Bedroom, furnished with a king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 single. The basic kitchen utensils, microwave, full-size single door fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities make it convenient. However, the service at the reception seems a bit cold, except for Suzi and Edwin, and there could be more smiles. The location is excellent for young kids with easy access to popular attractions like Petronas Towers and Pavillion shopping. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but the dining options are sufficient for a short stay. The facilities provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, though there is room for improvement in service warmth and hospitality.

Staying at the hotel felt like having a big house set on the 24th floor, with clean rooms and prompt service. Upon arrival, I found my Princess Suite not ready, which was a downside. However, the rooms were clean and had a comfy bed, although there was a lingering cigarette odor. The bathrooms were spotless until December 13, 2012.
